If you are a long-time Sage and Savant listener, this is a great way to refresh yourself with the events of Season One without having to listen to all fourteen episodes. However, this is just a synopsis and does not replace the rich story and characterizations of the full episodes.
From the treacherous sea to the hard sands of the desert, Professor Savant faces his own trials as he makes his way back to civilization.
Dr Sage intends on only taking a short trip, traveling specifically to a war-torn period of time to help ensure her demise. What she ends up facing is horrors beyond her imagining. Abigail says, “human actions in extremis are worthy of study,” but these memories may be more than Dr Sage can swallow.

The universe has a way of humbling those that do not show proper regard for these things. In this month’s episode, Our heroes discover what it is like to lose one of their own and what lengths they will go to in the quest to retrieve a friend.
Seeking further enlightenment, Dr Sage and Prof Savant travel back to 2nd century China. In this time, Dr Sage learns that time travel can be a “ruff,” leaving Savant to fumble his way through the concepts of immortality.
